Wenzhou Hengli Spring Manufacture Co., Ltd. is located in Industrial Zone of Wenzhou City, Zhejiang, China, being only 4 km from Wenzhou Airport, 15km from the train station and the Wenzhou port with a high access to the downtown.

Our company was established in 1984 and specialized in manufacturing various types of springs. We boast 8000m2 of workshops and 80 employees.

We devote ourselves to developing and manufacturing high-quality products. Our leading products include various types of automobile spring, motorcycle spring, hydraulic pressure parts spring, refrigerator compressor spring, and springs with different functions and shapes, such as pressing spring, clamping spring, pulling spring, central convex shape, drum shape, tower shape, variable section shape, wave shape, ring shape, square shape, flat shape, disc shape, asymmetric rectangular shape etc. The diameter of the spring varies between 0.1-50mm.

We boast advanced production technology and equipment home and abroad. Automatic digital/computer-controlled spring coiling machine for spring diameter of 0.10--50mm, automatic computer-controlled torsion machine for 3mm, universal automatic spring coiling machine for 0.2-18 mm, automatic spring grinding machine for 0.5--20mm, automatic shot-blasting machine, automatic static electric spraying machine, automatic gas protect vacuum heat treatment line, and other processing machines, which ensures its production capacity. We also have a complete set of advanced inspection devices including test equipment for mechanical properties of raw materials, digital/microcomputer-controlled tensile and compression test machine, hardness tester, ultrasonic detector, automatic magnetic powder detector, fatigue testing machine, carbon layer testing machine, chemical composition analyzer, adherence-resistance testing machine etc., which lays a solid foundation for assurance of the product quality.
